Our Matching Process is Easy and Private
- Steps below take less than 1 to 2 months for au pairs within Europe.
- For au pairs from outside the EU, where a visa is required, processing time is about 3 to 4 months depending on how quick the visa is released by the responsible authorities.
- Up to you to have your mini profile listed on our online board or on our private database – simply tell us your option.

CONSULTATION
We respond per call or email to clarify or discuss your needs. Have an interview with an Optimal AuPair Representative. Receive payment information and our Contract Agreement.

the SIGNED service Contract Agreement. This activates Au pair search services.
SELECTION & MATCH
Select best match au pair profiles. WE/you give your selected au pair an Au pair Contract Agreement. Offer acceptance by your selected au pair kick start travel/visa preparations
